Fitment & Compatibility

How do I know these wheels will fit my vehicle?
Every listing specifies the bolt pattern, offset, wheel size, and the exact models it fits. If you're unsure, contact us with your vehicle's year, make, model, and trim before ordering and a specialist will confirm the correct fitment for you. We do this every day — it takes the guesswork out and makes sure you get the right set the first time.

What is a bolt pattern and where do I find mine?
The bolt pattern is the number of lug holes and the diameter of the circle they form (for example, 5x112 means five lugs on a 112mm circle). It's listed on every product page. If you don't know your vehicle's bolt pattern, send us your year, make, and model and we'll match it.

Will these wheels clear my brakes (big brake kit / performance calipers)?
Most of our applications clear factory brakes without issue. If your vehicle has aftermarket or oversized brake calipers, contact us first with the details so we can verify caliper clearance before you order.

Do the wheels come with center caps?
Yes. Our wheels are designed so the factory (OE) center caps interchange, and floating caps are included where noted on the listing. If you have a question about caps for a specific set, just ask.

Sets, Sizes & Staggered Fitments

Is the price for one wheel or a full set?
Unless a listing states otherwise, the price is for a complete set of four wheels. Listings that include a staggered setup (different front and rear sizes) are noted on the product page.

What does “staggered” mean?
A staggered setup uses a narrower wheel in the front and a wider wheel in the rear — common on performance and luxury vehicles. The front and rear sizes are listed individually on staggered product pages.

Can I order a single wheel to replace a damaged one?
In many cases, yes — depending on availability. Contact a specialist at 855.222.1223 with your wheel's details and we'll let you know if a single is available.

Tires, TPMS & Installation

Do the wheels come with tires mounted?
Our wheels are sold without tires unless a listing specifically states otherwise. This lets you choose the tire that best suits your driving needs.

Do the wheels include TPMS sensors?
Wheels do not include TPMS (tire pressure monitoring) sensors unless noted. Your existing sensors can typically be transferred during tire mounting, or your installer can supply new ones. If you have questions about sensor compatibility, reach out before ordering.

Do you install the wheels?
We ship wheels directly to you; installation is done by your local tire shop or installer. We're glad to answer fitment questions your installer may have — just have them call us at 855.222.1223.

Financing

Do you offer financing?
Yes. We offer financing through Affirm, so you can split your purchase into manageable monthly payments and get your wheels now. You'll see the Affirm option at checkout, and you can learn more on our Affirm financing page. Checking your rate does not affect your credit score.

Shipping

How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping to the lower 48 continental states. Extra charges apply for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO, and international orders — a representative will contact you regarding any additional cost before processing.

How fast will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days of a cleared payment, via UPS or FedEx. Please allow 3–7 days for delivery depending on your location; most U.S. areas arrive within 5 days. Tracking is emailed to you upon shipment.

Is expedited shipping available?
Yes — contact us before purchasing so we can arrange expedited shipping for your order.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
Inspect your wheels on arrival. If you suspect shipping damage, contact us as soon as possible (within 5 days of receipt) at 855.222.1223 or Info@EliteCustomRims.com so we can resolve it quickly.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-Day Money Back or Exchange Policy, provided the wheels have not been installed on a vehicle and are in the same condition as when purchased. Email Info@EliteCustomRims.com with your order number to request an RMA before shipping anything back. Full details are on our Shipping and Returns page.

What can't be returned?
Wheels that have been mounted on a tire or installed on a vehicle, and wheels that have been altered from their original condition (painted, chromed, powder-coated, etc.), are non-refundable. Please confirm fitment before installing.

Can I cancel my order?
Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and before it ships. Cancellations prior to shipping are subject to a 5% cancellation fee; special-order wheels may not be eligible for cancellation. Once an order has shipped, it follows the standard return process.

Warranty

Are the wheels covered by a warranty?
Yes. Our painted, machined, and chrome wheels carry a 12-month warranty on the finish and structure under normal wear and care conditions, starting from the date of purchase. Damage from corrosion due to road salt or chemicals is not covered.
