Shipping and Returns
We provide Free shipping to the lower 48 Continental states; as well as Internationally. We ship every business day via UPS or FedEx (At seller’s discretion), orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business day of purchase.
Please provide a valid contact number for shipping purposes.
We pack your new wheels using the best safety standards for travel, if you suspect the shipping carrier is responsible for damages; please contact us ASAP so we may resolve the problem.
Please allow 3-7 days for delivery, depending on your location, most areas in the U.S. are within 5 days.
We cannot guarantee arrival times, but we try to be as accurate as possible when we provide you with your tracking number.
Expedited shipping is available, the buyer must contact us before the wheel is purchased and shipped.
In the event you must return the wheel back to us, please pack it the same way with the same material it was shipped in to prevent damages.
We offer a 15 Day Money Back or Exchange Policy, as long as the item has not been installed on a vehicle and in the same condition when purchased.
The easiest process for returns:
We only accept requests for returns VIA email sent to Info@Elitecustomrims.com. Please Include your Order number in the subject line and specify the reason for the return, and the best way to contact you.
After We issue an RMA Number, Please Ship the wheels and original invoice back to us in the original condition and packaging VIA UPS or FedEx.
The correct amount of refund or exchange will be processed once we receive the wheels back in the expected condition. It is the Customers responsibility to pay for return shipping for returns.
Email us with any concerns or issues with the wheel you received.
Any wheel(s) that have been installed on a tire and/or vehicle. So please be sure the wheel is the correct one you ordered before installing.
Wheels that have been altered from the original state when purchased. Painted, chromed, powder-coated etc.
Please understand that Elite Custom Rims prepares each order especially for you, the customer. Even before the merchandise is delivered to you, these items incur shipping, warehouse, and administrative costs. Also, many times special orders have to be especially shipped from the manufacturer to our facilities to complete your order. As a result, order cancellations prior to shipping shall be charged a 5% cancellation fee. If the wheels are a special order than the order is not available for cancellation.
TIMING: Customer's must contact Elite Custom Rims within 24 hours of the order being placed and before the merchandise ships for all cancellations. Cancellations can not be processed if more then 24 hours has passed since the order was placed as likely the shipment is already processed and or dispatched VIA shipping carrier. Please email us at Info@Elitecustomrims.com with your order number and your contact information for all such requests.
If shipment is refused upon delivery, we will Charge all incurred shipping charges for that shipment as well as a 10% restocking fee. If a return is necessary, Please do not refuse shipment, rather, Please go through the formal return process by contacting us so we could issue an RMA and process the return Accordingly.
