 REFUND POLICY

To request a refund, return or exchange request for an order placed with Elitecustomrims, You would need to contact Elitecustomrims via email at Info@Elitecustomrims.com, by phone at 855-222-1223.


Please have your order number available and provide a reason for your request in order to speed up your refund process. Your request will be reviewed within 2-3 days and we will notify you via email of the results.


Refund, returns or exchanges request are accepted up to 30 days from the date of placing the Order with Elitecustomrims. Elitecustomrims may grant extensions to this period for some special cases and Products at its discretion.

You may submit a request to cancel your order on the same day the order was placed. Please note that if the Order is already shipped or delivered we will not be able to approve the cancellation request. Please note, even if a same day cancellation is requested, We still may not be able to cancel the sale because of certain circumstances such as your order has already been processed by the warehouse. We will notify you of any issues with the same day cancellation requested.


Some products have special conditions for returns as described in the Order or Product materials delivered ("Products terms") so please read  carefully before making a request with Elitecustomrims. In case of misunderstandings between Elitecustomrims Refund Policy and the Product terms, the present Refund policy will prevail. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except if due to Elitecustomrims error, when you need to contact Elitecustomrims and make a formal request.


If the refund request is granted by Elitecustomrims, payments are refunded as follows:

  • Credit / Debit Cards payments will be refunded within one (5) business days;
  • PayPal payments will be refunded within one (5) business day;
  • Other payment methods will be refunded between five (5) to seven (7) days.

If applicable, Elitecustomrims reserves the right to charge for returned items that were received with damage or cosmetic issues. We will notify you of any merchandise received that are not Brand new as we shipped them. Please see our "Shipping and Returns" Policy for further details.
